Psychologist – Allied Health – Incentives Offered. This role is open to all registered Psychologists.

The Psychologist will deliver professional and independent evidence-based psychological treatment techniques and assessment procedures to a range of behavioural, emotional, addiction, psychosocial and health problems, supporting the recovery and quality of life goals for patients.
Care and wellbeing of our people is at the heart of the Psychologist in Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD). The Senior Allied Health professional is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing high quality services to patients/clients of the WNSWLHD.

Responsibilities
* Deliver professional and independent evidence-based psychological treatment techniques and assessment procedures to a range of behavioural, emotional, addiction, psychosocial and health problems.
* Support recovery and quality of life goals for patients.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team in a rural health setting.
Qualifications & requirements
* Registered Psychologist eligible to practice in Australia.
* Ability to work in a rural health service environment and participate in an inclusive, collaborative, and caring team.
* This role may include incentive schemes as outlined by the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (conditions apply and may be pro-rata to contracted hours).
Benefits & incentives
Remuneration: $77,358.00 - $113,226.00 per annum (+ superannuation + salary packaging options) + NSW Health – Western NSW LHD Incentives (conditions apply). For more information, visit the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
Remuneration may be pro-rata to ordinary or contracted hours.
