Choose Accenture and make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career.Role and Responsibilities:Middleware AdministrationAssist in the administration and support of Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.Gather and analyze information related to the implementation and operation of Oracle Fusion Middleware.Participate in documentation reviews and technical discussions to understand existing middleware platforms and contribute to transition activities.Help maintain and update operational documentation such as System Understanding Documents (SUDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support middleware operations readiness in alignment with project timelines.Middleware Operations & SupportPerform daily administration tasks for Oracle Fusion Middleware, including:Monitoring system health and performanceAssisting in code and configuration deploymentsManaging backups and recovery processesSupporting performance tuning and optimizationHandling middleware installation, configuration, and patchingResponding to incidents and service requestsSupporting availability and capacity managementTroubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues in production and non-production environments.Process Improvement & AutomationMaintain middleware documentation for platforms, processes, and procedures.Contribute to middleware operations alignment with DevOps and Agile methodologies.Support automation initiatives for middleware management and operational tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database, compute, storage, network, and cloud teams.Security & ComplianceFollow security best practices to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement within middleware operations.Assist in evaluating middleware infrastructure readiness for cloud migration initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Around 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware products such as Oracle Identity and Access Management, ADF, WebCenter, OSB, and BAM in on-premises and cloud environments (preferably Azure).Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Java.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.Good communication and documentation skills for effective stakeholder interaction.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement.Additional Requirements:Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.On-call and Shift Expectations:Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
