The role
We are growing our supply chain team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise our procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes. This full-time role offers variety and responsibility and would suit someone with strong analytical skills, excellent organisation, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse inventory levels, supply trends, and order history to support accurate forecasting and stock optimisation
- Coordinate and maintain supplier onboarding and registration processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Manage international import/export logistics, including documentation, booking, and regulatory compliance coordinationProcess and review purchase orders from customers and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues
- Monitor and report supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and non-conformances; support corrective actions
- Conduct and reconcile inventory counts, supporting stocktakes and data integrity
- Assist in implementing supply chain projects from initiation to completion
- Support receipting of goods, warehouse transfers, and internal freight tracking
- Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support supply chain decision-making
- Respond to internal and external queries relating to supply chain processes and order status
- Identify and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Highly organised and self‐motivated, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confident using business systems (CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate supplier activities and support supply chain operations effectively
- Experience working with procurement systems, import/export logistics, and process improvements is highly regarded
- A valid Police Check is required, or the willingness to obtain one
