Support Roles for Individuals with Complex Needs
Possability is seeking Support Professionals to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of people with complex needs. This role involves providing personal care, supporting daily routines, and administering medication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Safely perform manual handling tasks
* Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
* Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
Work Settings:
We have positions available in both Community Support Services and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with participants to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
* Unrestricted full driver's licence
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or have already)
