The role
Salesforce Technical Lead (Manager)
Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development team, both onshore and offshore, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect to derive optimal solutions for business challenges.
- Communicate and present ideas to stakeholders, driving outcomes that meet client requirements.
- Perform code reviews of the development team to ensure best practice and agreed standards are followed.
- Participate in sprint planning activities, including work estimation for delivering agile Salesforce projects.
- Guide the development team in using the latest Salesforce technologies such as Lightning, Apex, Platform Shield, Files Connect, Lightning Connect, Heroku, Platform Events, and Salesforce DX.
- Engage in APEX development, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Support knowledge sharing and collaborative improvement within the technical Salesforce team.
Qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge in two or more Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, Integration, IoT).
- Proven experience managing development teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape.
- Strong grasp of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology‐enabled solutions that address their needs.
- Proven experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Experience with DevOps practices (Salesforce DX) and tools such as Git (preferred).
- Ideal candidates are on the architect certification path.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
