The Role
This is a hands-on, on-site role combining sales, building management, and operational support. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, conducting tours, closing deals, and ensuring the building is well-maintained, presentable, and running smoothly. A key focus will be maximising occupancy rates while providing an excellent tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and deliver engaging office tours
- Prepare proposals and negotiate to close deals
- Drive occupancy by reducing vacancy rates across the site
- Track budgets, sales figures, and maintain CRM records
- Onboard new tenants into CRM and billing systems
- Manage meeting room and communal space bookings
- Oversee billing, including arrears management
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure building presentation standards are met
- Work with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
- Promote available spaces online and across social media
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience in sales (real estate or property background preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
- Comfortable managing contractors and on-site building needs
