This role will directly contribute to the development, monitoring, and evaluation of sector-wide trends and our corporate strategies to ensure long-term sustainability, operational excellence in service of our community’s needs.Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Senior Strategy Analyst is accountable for the facilitation and production of high-quality, insightful corporate strategy outputs. Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, the Senior Strategy Analyst will synthesise a range of information sources into strategic insights and support evidence-based decision-making across the business.About you:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Management, or a related disciplineStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate it in a clear and compelling wayDemonstrated experience in strategy, policy analysis, or business planning—ideally within the utilities, water, infrastructure, or public sectors.Proven ability to synthesise diverse information into coherent insights and recommendations.Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies or frameworks (e.g. Balanced Scorecard, PESTLE, SWOT).Why Urban Utilities?At Urban Utilities, the work we do is about so much more than the bottom line.
