How you'll make a difference
* Work on a variety of projects, delivering flood risk assessment and management studies, hydrological and hydraulic modelling support whilst focusing on technical excellence.
* High quality technical and non-technical report writing.
* Exposure to project management responsibilities.
* Collaborate with a number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors.
* Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of our team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering & RPEQ / CPEng (or working towards/eligible for registration)
* Experience in the water resources sector and in a consulting environment
* Demonstrated experience with water resource modelling packages such as TUFLOW, RORB, URBS, etc. and experience with GoldSim & GIS software (highly regarded).
* Working knowledge of ARR2019, TMR Drainage Manual, and QUDM.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at various levels.
