**YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**
Your new employer is a leader in renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand. Led by some of Australia's most experienced people in the renewable sector, they do it all from design through to construction.
Delivering NSW's largest wind farms that are changing the landscape of our nation, these grand designs need a Safety Training Coordinator to create an E-learning platform to ensure staff are properly trained in safety procedures. As well as creating the information on the e-learning platform, you will be responsible for training staff company wide and offering continuous improvement to modernize the training content.
**Your new role**:
- Research, write, and design engaging, high quality and compelling course content for training material, initiative, campaigns, and programs.
- Understand your WHS responsibilities and actively ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others.
- Allocate, schedule, and deliver internal training, including face to face delivery of training content at company locations as required.
- Develop, maintain and administer an online Learning Management System.
- Provide advice and technical guidance in learning and development inclusive of jurisdictional acts, legislation, codes of practice, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Assist with ongoing performance review of existing suppliers, external consultants, and subcontractors with respect to HSEQ Training and performance.
- Evaluate feedback regarding system improvement initiatives and implement changes as required.
**More about you**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Background in Health & Safety in Construction/Mining/Infrastructure/Manufacturing industry.
- Experience with eLearning and building your own training packages.
- Computer skills and experience with training software.
