- Department of Health currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Manager - Strategy, Planning and Performance to join the Infrastructure Asset Management Services team, based in Hobart.**The role**:
The Manager - Strategy, Planning and Performance will provide leadership, authoritative advice and direction for the development and implementation of integrated asset management strategies to meet the evolving health-related needs of the Tasmanian community.
**Duties**:
- Manage and support the team responsible for asset management strategic planning and performance activities, including consultation and negotiation with key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to support a financially sustainable lifecycle approach to management of health service assets including monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage the development and implementation of the Agency's long-term infrastructure investment strategy to guide future infrastructure investment in Tasmania.
- Develop and lead the evaluation of investment proposals and business cases using formal methodologies for economic and systems analysis, risk and value management.
- Represent the Agency on inter and intra-governmental working groups.
