Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain a modern posi with up-to-date technology to perform accurate final trimming and finishing work.
* Conduct regular checks of equipment for maintenance and safety.
* Communicate with our site supervisor to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
* Maintain a high standard of work quality, ensuring all projects comply with engineering and safety standards.
* Assist with site preparation and other civil earthmoving tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Final Trim Operator in the civil construction or earthmoving.
* Experience with compaction, levelling, final trim and water binding techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure work is completed to project requirements.
* Ability to work alone or unsupervised.
* Not afraid to fulfil other tasks including operating other machines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication and teamwork skills.
* A strong commitment and awareness to workplace health and safety.
Competitive hourly rates in a full-time position with a view to move to a 9-day fortnight.
A Ute supplied for work and personal usage with the appropriate tools and kit.
Labourer to assist you with onsite works.
