* Direct field equipment operations, develop equipment plans, cost estimates, and operating procedures.
* Collaborate with project and GBU management to provide strategic planning for optimal fleet utilization.
* Provide technical consultation support to Bechtel projects worldwide and contribute to Work Process Procedure (WPP) development, lessons learned review, and construction best practice identification.
