Woods & Co have partnered with a global leader in AI-powered in-store audio and automation, transforming retail spaces through intelligent software, automation, and innovative audio design. They're seeking a Customer Success Manager in Melbourne to lead enterprise client success through strategic account management, retail media campaign delivery, and new client onboarding.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients get the most from the platform, driving adoption, retention, and growth, while collaborating across internal teams to deliver seamless, measurable outcomes.

What you'll do:

* Drive client success, own the client journey from onboarding to ongoing adoption, ensuring they get the most from our AI-powered in-store audio platform.
* Champion innovative solutions by guiding clients to harness intelligent software, automation, and creative audio design to craft unforgettable retail experiences and transform their stores.
* Conduct regular planning sessions with major accounts, capturing insights and onboarding process
* Track and report on key success metrics, ensuring your efforts directly influence business outcomes.
* Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to solve challenges, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
* Shape the future of retail: Be at the forefront of a global, rapidly scaling platform that blends AI, creativity, and data to redefine in-store experiences.

What you need:

* 3–6 years' experience in account management or customer success within SaaS, Technology, Retail, or Media
* Proven ability to own client relationships and manage complex enterprise accounts
* Experience with account administration, retail media, or media campaign delivery is highly desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* High energy, tech-savvy, and passionate about innovation
* Willingness to travel for client or site visits
