Looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the chaos, the laughs, and the fun of bringing a restaurant to life. Work with chef Alanna Sapwell- Stone, with the support of the Blanco Horner Group to make it happen.
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on creativity, and is excited to help shape a restaurant that celebrates local producers, sustainability, and a sense of home.

Our Restaurant Manager is a hands-on role that sees involvement in all facets of the restaurant.
Our focus is on developing an exceptional, everchanging, and industry-defining restaurant.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of Premium Wine & Beverage Restaurant Management
Experience in a Hatted venue
WSET certificates desirable
Effective planning and time management skills
Interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills
Excellent understanding of food and beverage service with a desire to continue their development.
