We are currently looking for a full-time Global Services Specialist to join our team in Perth, Australia.
The Global Services Specialist - Autonomous solutions will work with customers and partners worldwide to implement and utilize Wenco Autonomous solutions. The Global Services Specialist will work closely with Wenco Sales, Client Services, and Development teams to assist in solution deployment, offer remote and onsite support for software solutions and systems integration, analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues and configurations, and develop processes and enhancements to enhance Wenco Products to meet end user requirements.
**Your Key Deliverables and Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and document end user business requirements
- Technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
- Analysing and documenting current and future processes and procedures
- Audit customer sites which include the configurations, settings, procedures, and anything applicable.
- Recommending and implementing best practices
- Implement recommendations, monitor, and record outcomes.
- Liaise with product developers, owners, and managers to address end user requirements.
- Conduct end user training and change management for technology adoption.
- Measure, monitor, and report generated value.
- Provide technical solution input to Wenco and partner Sales and Marketing on new customer opportunities and projects.
- Assist Wenco and partner support organizations to record/document all client issues through to resolution using Wenco's issue tracking system.
- Review and contribute to product documentation.
- Stay updated on the evolving system through reading and information sharing.
- Consult with Product Management on system use cases for product development.
- Provide pre-implementation planning and support services.
- Support post-implementation solution configuration and validation.
- Deliver end user/partner training on solution usage and administration.
**Your Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Experience and Knowledge
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Systems or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in engineering, computer science, or mining, preferably with a top-tier mining customer.
- Experience in project implementation and change management.
- Experience with IT systems, software programming, and database systems.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to technical audiences.
Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of mining operations, as well as with IT systems
- Ability to set objectives and develop plans.
- Proactive problem solver, with strong analytics and ability to map analysis to business priorities.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel reporting, PowerPoint presentations and Word)
- Effective communication skills (report creation, written and verbal)

**Nice to Have**:
- +3 years user and admin support for an enterprise class software system
- Knowledge, understanding and experience with Wenco Fleet Management Systems
- Experience in Autonomous solutions in Mining, Agriculture, or Construction.
- Experience in Change Management for maintenance processes
- Real-Time software systems
- Mobile Computing
- Windows networking
- Understanding of GNS satellite navigation systems
- Installation and maintenance of hardware for low and high precision FMS solutions on heavy mining equipment.
- Networking fixed and wireless with knowledge of UHF systems an advantage
- Ability to learn effective ways of communicating through cultural and language barriers.
- Experience in training
- Experience in testing software
Travel
