The Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Compliance Manager to take the lead on clinical governance and compliance. This is a pivotal leadership role, ensuring care meets (and exceeds) the Aged Care Quality Standards while driving best practice across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead clinical compliance and governance across the organisation
* Monitor care practices, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
* Oversee accreditation, audits, and policy compliance
* Provide on-site support for complex care, medication safety, and infection control
* Support clinical leaders through training, education, and mentoring
* Champion digital improvements and reform initiatives, including AN-ACC
About You
* Current AHPRA registration (RN)
* 5+ years' senior experience in aged care
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & clinical governance
* Proven leadership, mentoring and training skills
* Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement
