**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Retail Leasing & Operations Manager to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.
The position is responsible for assisting in the formulation, delivery and management of retail leasing and strategies as well as the retailer daily presentation, operations and management, including written and verbal advice and support to the Associate Director, Commercial Operations on a range of property related matters across different property asset classes.

**About the Administrative Division**
Administrative Division supports the governance and operations of the University, including planning and quality, facilities and services for students and staff. The Administrative Division is led by the Vice-President (Administration) and University Registrar.
**About the Department**
Campus Services and Procurement is responsible for a range of campus services to support the activities of the university. The department comprises the following areas:
- Integrated Transport Services
- Commercial and Retail Operations
- QUT Bookshop
- Security and Emergency Management
- Strategic Procurement
- Estate Planning
- Travel
Commercial and Retail Operations’ primary function is to provide on campus retail services and activities supporting teaching, learning, research, student and staff experience as well as management and administration of a variety of off campus leasehold and freehold assets.

You will demonstrate:
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a postgraduate qualification, together with extensive relevant experience in retail services, leasing, operations, finance & budgeting and contract management.
- Demonstrated success in planning and managing the delivery of high-impact and high-value retail initiatives that lead to continuous improvement and meaningful change.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating and maintaining productive, cooperative and outcomes-focused working relationships to anticipate and exceed client expectations and requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in contributing to and maintaining a coherent team culture focused on continuous development and achieving organisational goals.
