About the role
Based in Emu Park and living on site at The Haven, the On-site Manager/s are responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations at The Haven. The On-site Managers ensure the smooth operation of The Haven by providing exceptional customer service and adopting efficient business practices.
The On-site Manager/s are responsible for:
* Staff management
* Site maintenance
* Customer management
* Administration
* Functions
* Work health and safety
* Financial management
What we're looking for
* A couple or individual with relevant experience in a caretaking or equivalent role of 5+ years
* Willingness to be engaged as an independent contractor with an ABN
* Ability to work within the ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church
* Current up to date First Aid certificate inclusive of CPR

The listed salary is based on the role being undertaken by a couple. A salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 is offered for an individual.
