(depending on hours, overtime, classification, and other factors)Level 5Wilson Security is expanding in the Northern Territory, creating new roles to strengthen our regional presence and response capabilities, supported by our Operations Managers.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, contractors, and clientsMonitor CCTV and access control systems proactivelyConduct building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risksReport hazards and building faults for rectificationRespond to emergency situationsManage contractor relationshipsPerform ad-hoc duties as requiredWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong customer service skillsFull working rights and availabilityWillingness to support and step into other roles as neededAbility to work well independently and in teamsFlexibility to work on a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends)Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rightsCurrent NT Security licenseAbility to prepare and write reportsProficiency with computers and security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft programs)Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsCrowd Control endorsement (highly desirable)Current First Aid & CPR certificatesWilson Security offers comprehensive training, employee benefits such as wellbeing programs, health insurance discounts, and support services.
