* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate employee contact lists.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, manage calls, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT setup and equipment collection.
* Organise and manage office operations, ensuring the seamless execution of meetings and events.
