The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient delivery of event safety and water safety services, adhering to contractual obligations. This involves developing, maintaining, and improving systems for management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support operational delivery of event safety and water services, ensuring compliance with contracts, standard operating procedures, and standards.
* Manage equipment resources, including scheduling replacements/repairs and overseeing maintenance operations.
* Assist in recruitment processes, rostering, and asset management initiatives.
* Develop and prepare event safety plans and documentation, collect and compile timesheets, and ensure all staff complete necessary inductions.
This position requires substantial experience and technical knowledge in medical, lifeguarding, or similar public safety roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual planning skills, as well as organizational and administrative abilities.
