We are looking for a passionate and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join their team of healthcare professionals and contribute to their mission of improving health outcomes for individuals and families.
Position Highlights
Mixed Billing structure
6 Consult Rooms
3 GPs currently
2 Full-Time Nurses providing support
Onsite Allied Health services including Physio, OT, Podiatry, Dietitian, Carer Support Worker, and Legal services
Paediatric services with an in-clinic Paediatrician
Therapy programs available to clients
A comprehensive range of primary health services including drug and alcohol support
Salary and Entitlements
Annual Leave : 4 weeks + 4 days (full-time equivalent)
Leave Loading : on total accrual
Compassionate Leave : 5 days paid per instance (full-time equivalent)
Superannuation : Paid in alignment with Superannuation legislation, including ordinary hours of work, overtime, and applicable allowances
Paid Parental Leave : 6-12 months eligibility, with up to 8-14 weeks paid leave depending on service
Family Violence Leave : 20 days per annum (non-cumulative)
Personal Leave : Up to 190 hours pro-rata per annum
Family Leave : Entitlement honoured for the first 12 months of employment
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a friendly, supportive environment
Work closely with a team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
Contribute to the health and wellbeing of the local community
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
