Campus Office Administrator | Maitland NSWWe are seeking a Campus Office Administrator to join the welcoming Maitland Campus on a part-time (FTE 0.6 – 3 days per week) permanent basis, commencing in Term 1, ****.The RoleThe Campus Office Administrator is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operations of the school.
You will provide administrative support services to the Campus leadership team, teaching and support staff, students and the broader school community by performing clerical and other duties related to the daily routine of campus management.
You will also act as the key executive support to the Campus Principal, assisting with day-to-day coordination and communication.ResponsibilitiesFront desk reception and related secretarial dutiesProvision of administrative support to teachers and support staffTeacher relief support, including accessing daily covers and providing relief staff with necessary materials and information to successfully cover the dayAttending to general parent enquiriesAttending to general student enquiries – lost property, permission slips, etc.Managing student absentee procedures – late arrivals / early departures, etc.Administration and coordination of campus request forms, including campus visits, staff professional development, excursions / incursions, etc.Monitoring and balancing receipt and expenditure of petty cashSchool banking (student fundraising)Processing purchase requests and accounts payableCoordinating appointments and meeting coordination, including IT support and meeting minutesManaging the student enrolment processAbout the CampusAt OneSchool Global Maitland Campus, you will find yourself immersed in the stunning natural surroundings of the Hunter Valley and Newcastle coastline.
