Store Leadership Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of up to 15 members, fostering a positive work environment.
* Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
* Collaborate with stock management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize sales potential.
* Prepare and monitor store performance metrics, including sales reports and team compliance.
