📚 What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality, hands-on training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services
* Mentor and assess apprentices as they develop practical skills and industry confidence
* Collaborate with employers to ensure successful learner outcomes
* Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days
* Travelling throughout the region to train and assess
🔧 What You’ll Bring to the Role
* Trade Qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services
* Refrigerant Handling License & Restricted Electrical License
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or willingness to obtain
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one)
* Solid industry experience and up-to-date knowledge
* A passion for teaching, mentoring, and shaping future tradies
