We are excited to announce the opening of our multi‐franchise dealership in Dianella, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer‐focused Trainee Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience, building lasting relationships, and supporting our workshop to operate efficiently and professionally.
About the Role
* Providing outstanding customer service from check‐in to vehicle handover
* Managing daily service bookings and communicating repair timelines
* Coordinating with Technicians and Workshop Controller
* Preparing accurate job cards, repair orders, and quotes
* Basic understanding of automotive technical concepts to support accurate documentation and customer communication
* Keeping customers updated on progress, additional work and approvals
* Supporting the dealership's reputation for excellence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
* No prior automotive experience required, as we will provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to learning
* Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
* Current driver's licence (manual preferred but not essential)
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
