Task & responsibilities
* Contribute to and maintain a positive culture for staff and customers
* Plan and coordinate daily operations of Grease Monkey
* Keep a well rounded knowledge of what we offer
* Be able to work efficiently and quickly
* Be able to problem solve and work effectively in a team & solo
* Ability to lead a team, manage and supervise staff
* Roster and order within budgets
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Qualification & experience
Successful candidates must:
* have relevant qualification in hospitality management
* have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
* have good communication and management skills
* be a good team leader
* be familiarized with food safety standards and practices, and hygiene regulations
