Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting to provide clear insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury, and FX management, ensuring the business maximises resources and opportunities.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and accountability.
- Streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across finance functions.
- Deliver key reports and analysis for the parent company in China, ensuring seamless cross-border collaboration.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA qualified with min 3+ years of financial management experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written) for reporting and collaboration with the parent company.
- Expertise in P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
