Join us at Arthrex, where your career can truly thrive.About the RoleWith a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Sales Representative is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex's product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, Imaging & Resection, Shoulder Arthroplasty and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities include:Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the RequirementsSuccessful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or experienced Scrub Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists or Paramedics looking to make a transition into sales.Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbout ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
