Cellar Operator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cellar Operator to join our team in the production of a wide range of wines. The ideal candidate will have experience in cellar operations, a valid driver's license, and certifications for forklift operation and confined spaces.
Responsibilities:
* Operate all winery equipment to produce high-quality wines.
* Safely operate forklifts and other machinery.
* Perform analysis and laboratory tasks, including testing SO2, pH, TA, and Foss levels.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in cellar operations.
* Valid driver's license.
* Certifications for forklift operation and confined spaces.
