**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for organization-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define the vision, objectives, and scope of change initiatives, and effectively communicate these to all levels of the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training programs, and performance measurement.
- Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, gather feedback, and continuously refine strategies to drive positive outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to departmental change management teams, ensuring consistency and coherence in change management approaches across the organization.
- Drive awareness and understanding of change management best practices throughout the company, building change management capabilities at all levels.
- Play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of ERP systems by leveraging past experience and best practices, collaborating closely with IT, project management, and functional teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to empower employees and managers with the skills and knowledge required to navigate change effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on change-related matters and their impact on business performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting change readiness, resilience, and adaptability among employees.
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in change management roles, leading successful enterprise-wide change initiatives across multiple departments.
- Substantial experience in managing ERP system implementations, preferably in a large-scale setting.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a collaborative manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and address potential challenges and risks related to change initiatives.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and ERP-related certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support change initiatives across different locations.
