Roles may include cleaning, catering, grounds work, food service, retail utilities, or all-rounder tasks — all essential and valued parts of supporting our workforce onsite.

We are happy to discuss pathways and support:
A valid Australian Driver's License (support can be discussed if you are working toward this).
Full working rights in Australia.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is helpful for some roles — if you don't have it yet, we can guide you on how to get it.
Experience in fast paced hospitality or cleaning environments is great — but we also welcome those new to these areas.
Ability to work an ad-hoc roster from Mount Isa and Surrounding Areas.
Police Clearance (within 12 months).
We understand some people may have past history and we are open to respectful, case-by-case discussions.
