Job Description
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Strategy, People & Communication, this pivotal role will lead a multi-disciplinary team across HR, WHS, payroll, and organisational development. You'll drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities of DLCS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing People & Culture team.
* Drive strategic HR initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
* Oversee WHS systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
* Provide expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Champion organisational change and workforce capability development.
Requirements
To be successful, you will be a seasoned executive with:
* 10+ years in senior People & Culture leadership roles.
* Proven success in leading change within complex organisations.
* Expertise in HR strategy, WHS, industrial relations, and payroll.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* A commitment to the values and Mission of Catholic education.
