About the Role
Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Penrith. In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Opportunities are available on a Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focus
* Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises
* Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance
* Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
* Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks
* Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
Skills & Experience
* Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Previous experience within the security industry
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
