About the Role:
to provide a professional customer-centric service to the doctors, nurses and patients of the practice.
checking patients in - geting the correct personal information
billing patient as per medicare and practice policy
scanning and faxing
Cleaning of rooms & common areas as required
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experiences:
Experience working in a busy and productive medical practice.
Solid reporting and numeracy skills.
Competent in the use of associated systems, software and technologies.
Commitment and flexibility
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi task and willingness to learn are a must
Ability to work independently, with confidence as well as in a team
