About the Role
As a Senior Guidewire Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring complex applications with a strong focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter. You'll collaborate across teams, drive technical excellence, and contribute to delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and test software solutions across ClaimCenter
Maintain and enhance existing business systems and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Create and update high-quality technical documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop new functionality
Ensure development standards, patterns, and best practices are followed
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability uplift
Deliver high-quality, cost-effective business technology solutions
What We're Looking For
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter
Strong understanding of Guidewire application architecture
Working knowledge of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager
Proficiency with GOSU, Event & Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services
Experience with XML, JSON and build tools such as ANT, Maven, Gradle
Solid communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
Ability to coach junior team members and resolve technical issues
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and full SDLC
