About the Role
As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules for multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-leading planning tools.
- Work closely with project teams to align planning strategies with project goals.
- Identify critical path activities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and provide schedule forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory scheduling requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and executive teams, to optimize planning outcomes.
About You
- Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling for major infrastructure, transport, or civil projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or project planning.
