Job Description
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. Showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as a Reservations Sales Agent, where you will provide organisational and administrative support to the team and memorable service to our guests. We are looking for a detail-oriented, multi-tasker that is passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service.
What you will be doing:
1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service while corresponding with guests via various methods in a timely manner.
2. Maintain accuracy during the call & while inputting details on the call.
3. Ensure accurate payment information is received and inputted in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all guest details are fully updated on PMS system and maintain efficient records.
5. Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office & other departments.
6. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar reservations environment, alternatively, customer service experience required, preferably in a Hotel environment.
2. Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office.
3. Competent knowledge of OPERA PMS.
4. Fluent orally & verbally in English, with other languages well regarded.
5. Experience delivering excellent customer service.
6. Experience providing prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
