As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a geographic territory (Western Australia) to service the needs of customers by coordinating and scheduling all installation and maintenance jobs.
Key skills required include communication and relationship management. You must build rapport and trust with field technicians, manage their daily schedules, guide, direct and support them in ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.
A tech-savvy individual with experience using CRM systems similar to SalesForce would be ideal. You will work closely with the service delivery team to ensure they remain on track and focused.
