About This Role:
The Franchise Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of franchise sales strategies in ANZ and support global expansion initiatives where needed. This is a strategically critical position contributing to global growth planning, owning the end-to-end franchise acquisition process.
* Execute the global franchise growth plan across new and existing markets
* Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchisees aligned with the brand's vision and values
* Manage the full sales lifecycle; from initial inquiry through due diligence and onboarding
* Partner with the CEO and executive team on network development plans and market prioritization strategies
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation and conversion tactics
* Lead and support a high-performing international team member, ensuring alignment and delivery of shared objectives
* Represent the company at industry events, expos, and franchise forums as required
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented leader who brings:
* Proven success in franchise sales, business development, or commercial partnerships, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or QSR sectors
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills with a strategic mindset
