About Us

That’s why we’re on a mission to design, build, and deliver services that resolve complexity and empower people to achieve better health and wellbeing. We’re a for-purpose organisation providing specialist mental health programs and NDIS services that promote emotional, physical, and social wellbeing — reducing the risk of mental illness and ensuring every individual we support feels seen, valued, and empowered.
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Officer to join our passionate team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organisation meets its compliance obligations and contract milestones. This is a data-focused, systems-oriented role with limited client contact but strong collaboration across our service delivery teams.

* Track and monitor contractual obligations, compliance activities, and service agreement milestones.
* Provide timely reminders, alerts, and follow-ups to ensure key deadlines are met.
* Report to leaders and the Board on unmet compliance or reporting obligations.

* Assist with the creation and updating of policies, procedures, and workflows.
* Support collation of data for monthly, progress, and annual reports.
* Work with the Quality & Systems Lead to implement quality assurance activities, including internal audits.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
* Learn and apply new systems and tools with initiative and independence.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to problem-solve proactively and work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, data systems, or compliance tools.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software.
* Experience in compliance, reporting, or project support roles (desirable).
* Understanding of the NDIS, disability or mental health sector (desirable).
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).
