The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team on a full-time permanent basis at our Belmont office. Working within a team of 5 and reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll processing across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support across payroll activities, including maintaining employee records, job and project details, reporting lines, rosters and pay policies
* Assisting with weekly and fortnightly payroll processing, ensuring all adjustments, deductions and payments are accurate and compliant
* Acting as a first point of contact for payroll and system access enquiries, resolving or escalating as required
* Preparing and maintaining payroll reports and documentation
* Supporting continuous improvement in payroll processes and data integrity
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar payroll or payroll support role
* Sound understanding of payroll legislation, taxation and superannuation requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative approach
* Advanced Excel capability
* Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Common Law arrangements (desirable)
