We’re now seeking committed, culturally aware Trainers and Mentors to guide the next generation of Indigenous recruits.About the RolesAs a Mentor or Trainer, you will support the emotional, cultural, and practical development of recruits. You’ll create a safe and motivating environment that aligns with Army values, focusing on administration, welfare, communication, teamwork, life skills, emotional regulation, and cultural interaction. The goal is to help recruits build the psycho-social and emotional skills needed for military training and to be valuable members of their communities.
