Guest Service Agent Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari About The Role We are looking for a positive, motivated, and professional Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team at Kingfisher Bay Resort on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island). The Guest Service Agent is primarily responsible for ensuring proficient and genuine customer service delivery to provide an exceptional guest experience. This is a permanent, part-time position. Our ideal candidate will have resort/hotel front desk experience and be willing to live on the island, working and residing at Kingfisher Bay Resort. Role Responsibilities Welcome all guests and conduct premium check-in service Provide guest customer service and coordinate general inquiries Be knowledgeable of resort areas and confidently recommend available experiences and activities Coordinate guest and barge arrivals and departures Maintain high grooming standards Manage guest accounts, billing arrangements, and payments at check-out Follow in-house policies and procedures to maintain guest security Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required Exceptional time management skills Excellent communication skills High level of customer service and work ethic Experience in a similar role in a large hotel or resort environment Experience with cashiering procedures and credit card reconciliation Knowledge of property management systems People management skills and understanding of cultural diversity Employee Benefits - Conditions Apply Affordable island living: Only $150.44 per week, including accommodation, 3 daily staff meals, utilities, and Wi-Fi.
