Support Coordinator Role
* Lead teams in a variety of tasks including production, gardening, landscaping, waste collection, and general maintenance.
* Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and support to employees, fostering their growth and development.
This role demands strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, practical thinking, and a commitment to safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold relevant certifications such as NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Check.
* Maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Possess a valid Australian Driver's Licence and be willing to travel between sites.
* Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
* Obtain a Working With Children Check.
* Be confident in driving commercial vehicles (utes) with trailer in tow.
