Account Representative (Full-time, AU - South Brisbane)
We are looking for an Account Representative to make outbound calls to customers on behalf of our clients' overdue accounts. You will negotiate repayment plans and solutions that help customers get back on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage outstanding accounts with clients from Australia's largest institutions
* Make and receive high‐volume outbound/inbound calls
* Investigate to locate and establish contact with customers
* Build and establish relationships with customers through rapport and trust
* Create positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions
* Problem‐solve and handle objections

Qualifications
* Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Persistence and resilience to have challenging conversations
* Desire to negotiate (highly desirable)
* Passion for results in a target‐driven environment
* Natural problem‐solving and solution‐providing mindset
* Basic computer literacy skills
* Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Essential Criteria
* Contact centre operating hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 7:00pm (rosters within these times)
* Must be available to work permanent full‐time (38 hours/week)
