Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our logistics team.
* This role will be the primary point of contact for clients and play a vital part in the smooth coordination of warehouse operations, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough quality checks on devices to ensure they are functioning correctly
* Prepare and pack devices accurately in line with installation packing lists
* Deliver equipment for installations, training sessions, and demonstrations as required
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
* Support the setup and pack-down (bump in/out) of conferences and events
* Assist with stocktakes and inventory control as needed
* Provide logistical support for industry events, including equipment transport and setup
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Excellent coordination and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and support team efficiency in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with inventory management is highly regarded
* Familiarity with the waste management or environmental services industry is advantageous, though not essential
* Proficient in Office 365 and similar software tools
* Able to work well under pressure, effectively multitask, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
* A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* A valid Australian driver's license is essential, along with the ability to drive a manual van for deliveries
