Project Engineer Leader Opportunity

Lead projects as 2IC to the NQNT program management team, ensuring construction projects are delivered to approved designs and specifications with a focus on safety. Support client-facing activities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, mentor and develop team members, and contribute to business growth through work-winning initiatives and program development.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ required or eligible to obtain) and at least 15 years' experience on major civil infrastructure projects, ideally including TMR/Main Roads work. Strong project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a generalist mindset and leadership aspirations.
