Job Title: Sales Representative
Seeking a Customer-Focused Team Member, we're looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals to join our Sales and Customer Service team. As the face of our business, you'll be greeting customers, processing sales, providing advice on our product range, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve customers at the sales counter and assist with product enquiries.
* Process sales accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
* Provide advice and support on our wide range of landscaping materials.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or customer service roles. Strong communication skills are essential for this position. Basic computer knowledge is also required as well as an ability to work under pressure.
The role is approximately 20-40 hours per week. You must have flexibility in your availability to work weekdays and one weekend each fortnight. -----------------------------------
