Flooring industry experience is not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
We are seeking an outstanding individual who will thrive in a dynamic sales environment. Your sales objectives include achieving an annual turnover of $2.8 - $3 million, generating 2 quotes and approximately 10 sales calls per day, and delivering 4 sales presentations daily.
By leveraging strategic planning, exceptional communication skills, and captivating presentation abilities, you will make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Due to company growth, they are seeking Sales Consultants who are passionate, authentic, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional sales experience.

Our client offers a competitive package, including a company car, personal commission, and a share of the team's monthly performance commission. They provide opportunities for growth within the company, with performance-based salary progression after 12 months and 2 years.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays 9.30 am - 3.00 pm. Saturdays are compulsory but special events are negotiable. The day off during the week in lieu of Saturday is also negotiable.
